Speaking for myself, I'm accustomed to it.

I've been watching Raw live at 2am ever since it was available live in the UK. I can't remember the exact date, but I think it's been about nine or ten years now that the UK have had Raw broadcast live.

It can be a pain in the ass for me sometimes, if I have a class at 9am the next day for example, but I grin and bare it. (The class that is) Since watching Raw live, I've gotten myself into a routine that I'm only ever tired at 4am on Tuesday mornings. If I try to sleep before that, I can't.
