Think the bigger deal about the lawsuit won't be about concussions but them actually challenging the "independent contractors" system the WWE uses as a way to cheap out from paying medical and other worker related costs.

Every time someone tries to legit legally challenge it, the WWE usually settles to prevent it from getting ruled against them. Last happened with Del Rio when he threated to challange it to get out of the 1 year no-compete clause.
