Disturbed performed a couple of times with WWE's blessings, once was even on Heat. But yeah, they don't actually need WWE's permission, and they don't face a suit or any sort of legal jeopardy.

But I can't blame them. Who wants to be associated with WWE? Publicity is one thing, but I sure as fuck wouldn't want wrestling fans going to my shows....
