I remember there being a swell around the guy. I liked him when I first saw him as a babyface after T&A ended. There was a particular charisma around the guy, but it was a quieter, more human charisma. He was never a monster despite his size. I remember a lot of people calling for him to beat The Undertaker at SummerSlam 2002.

He was just not the "total package" you needed to be unless you were fitting into some sort of niche.
