I picked up Mario Kart Wii on Friday and was offered a free SSBB pre-order as part of some deal. So I said yes. After getting my details, the guy then said the game would be ready for me to pick up on the 9th of May. So that's probably the UK release date.
I know nothings official until it's on the Dojo but the date makes sense. The last update will be on Monday and every other time in the past I've asked about a Brawl release date, they always said they didn't have one. So now he gave me a release date and it's a Friday so I'm pretty confident that 9th of May is the date and it will be confirmed on Monday.
