According to Pwinsider.com, WWE has released announcer Alex Reyes (real name Alex Del Barrio). He was signed back in October of 2015, and worked for the NXT brand as a live events host and backstage announcer. He also worked with talents on promos in the Performance Center. Reyes was described as a life long fan, who had been trying to get into the company since 2004. Prior to getting signed by WWE, he did announcing for Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion in Texas as well as The Harlem Globetrotters.
