Yeah getting the rankings might be tough. Might have to pull from an aggregate source. Typically what I've seen is something like the # of Google hits when you type their name.
FOR EXAMPLE USING TOTALLY ARBITRARY NUMBERS (didn't actually check):
Marissa Cooper: 3,000,000 hits
Summer Roberts: 2,500,000 hits
Peyton Sawyer: 4,000,000 hits
.
.
.
etc
So going by that sample Peyton would be #1 seed, Marissa #2, Summer #3, and so on
