Unless there's truth to that notion of WWE cockteasing fans with that whole "Cesaro Section" thing being officially sanctioned, and letting him essentially be a face with a heel manager.

That would also poo poo the idea of jumping into Evolution, since that would make him full on heel and unintentionally make Heyman a face in such a situation (there's been no love lost between Authority and Paul E. since ever, and it would make little since to have him join up now). Also, he'd have no other clients that could appear on tv on a regular basis unless he brings RyBaxel back into his fold.

Ziggler does seem to fit the bill. Sounds neat for Cody on paper, but they keep sticking him into tag teams and stables all the time, and he has only truly ever had one good singles run (white IC christening and obsessed with Rey Reys mask). Dolph back as heel- and officially endorsed heel at that, looks like a good way to grab someone underutilised. Same for that Sandow suggestion.
