Been that way for years with people trying to send fake stuff as reports. Just gets exposed quicker now because of Twitter and the 2-3 websites supplying spoilers using different people.

WrestleInc usually gets hit with it the most because they are the easiest to fool of the bunch and the one most websites copy reports from.

Besides the Ryder match that probably didn't happen, the main event also had different stuff happening depending on the report.
