Air Raid is in my fileshare for your previewing pleasure. It's enabled for (Big) Team Slayer exclusively for now, the Invasion gametype will take some time.
Holdoff (dropping the '2', this the reboot), more than ready for FFA/Multi-/Team Slayer.
Rule (formally The Hill 3) slightly tweaked for FFA Slayer. Still best with KotH (but not Crazy King, though).
Gunning for each map to have at least three games enabled (defaults, with the exception of Air Raid's Invasion custom game). Once I feel the 'Action Map Pack' is finished, I'll back off Forge and probably have a more balanced gaming schedule. Missing Soulcalibur and Red Dead. Also:
