Way different.
As the MitB holder, it's built into the storyline that Rollins can cash in anytime, anywhere.
Rollins is an active performer who has been a rising star for over two years now.
Rollins and Lesnar have a history, and during that history Rollins has used the "there's always a plan B" line.
Hogan showed up at ringside for something that there was absolutely no logical reason for him to show up to, entered a title match in a way that made absolutely no sense with someone he had no history with whatsoever, and became champion after about a year of inactivity.
