No it has no antennas.

I've also tried to connect my phone and iPod, but my network doesn't even show up on those devices.

Yeah, I've tried changing the channels to 6 and then 11, but nothing.

I tried asking this question at the Belkin Community boards and all I got was an article that told me to change the channel, which I had already tried, and moving the router away from the floor and away from walls, which I tried just now and that didn't do anything either.
