What you said is exactly why I think they SHOULD be in the Cell. Charlotte and Sasha's story goes back to 2013. Would the WWE dip right back to the BFFs in order to lay the foundations to a Cell? Probably not -- but it's there. They are career rivals at this point. A Ladder Match between two ladies is something I've wanted to see a for a long time, but I can imagine Vince is not too keen on Sasha bumping off the ladder constantly.

The women are great at planning their matches ahead of time, and Sasha's NXT matches displayed some of the best psychology of the year. I think they'd knock a Cell out of the park.
