I'm guessing he is referring to around Mania 19 (Rock/Austin leaving) to Mania 21 (Cena/Batista winning world titles) but I'm not sure if HHH 'carried the company'

He was the top guy but it's not like there wasn't a shit tonne of big stars still kicking around (Angle, HBK, Taker, Lesnar, Goldberg, Jericho etc).
