Playing quirky characters in makeup doesn't mean he's right for the role of The Joker though.
I think people just say that because Johhny Depp looks like Nolan's Joker a bit, and everyone our age has a hard on for him.

The only thing I hate more than suggestion of recasting The Joker, is suggestion of recasting Johnny Depp as The Joker, to be frank.
