I feel bad for the level of trust that has been betrayed in this entire matter. Every locker room that I've been in, there was a level of trust and security in it. If you were low on the totem pole, you were subject to pranks and taking the piss until you stood up and put a stop to it. The second you did, people respected you for it, and the attention moved to the next person who needed a spine.
I hate it when people try to apply real world sensetivites to a place where barbarians go to 'let their hair down'. You would call somebody a pussy, twat, AIDS patient, et all in the office (or maybe you would)...but you don't go out and shove 300 pound men to the ground 100 time a day for 'practice' either.
I think that there is a bigger issue here and nobody is daring mention it, actually out of RESPECT for Martin.
