The Ravens had a bad year and still Finished 8-8. New offensive coordinator, a good draft and they'll be back in the playoffs.

As for the seahawks, the NFC west is the strongest division in the league and a case could be made for each team to make the playoffs as even the Rams aren't that far off given their draft positioning through trades. The seahawks good news is they aren't going to get slammed to hard by free agency and retirements like the Ravens did.
