I'd say Chicago won the trade for now because Cutler hinted he wasn't happy in Denver and the Bears did reach the NFC title game last season. Only problem is Mike Martz as the offensive coordinator has hurt the team a lot more than helped (especially the O line coverage calls).
Denver is tougher to predict but Tebow could end up as the wild card in the entire deal. He has managed to turn a lost season into a potential playoff season and benefited a lot due to defenses not having camps because of the lockout. The only problem is management is split on Tebow's future in Denver and next year defenses will have adjusted a lot to the wild cat offense in the AFC West.
