The only way I see him going heel is if they have Rock staying around after Mania at least semi-permanently. Which is highly doubtful at best.

While I doubt he'll go heel, I really can't explain WWE selling "Cena Sucks" shirts. He's already getting booed by some fans, so I don't know...we'll have to wait and see. I really can't even guess where they might go with all this.
