Having a fully neon character do an EX move is like setting off a flash grenade. Really dazzling, mid fight.

I'm going to maybe try giving Sagat a simple Cinder look when neon orange shows up. Going to try and see if I can pull off a "Fulgore" look for Vegas swap outfit.
