1) According to Square Enix's 2012 fiscal report, the company posted a 13.7 billion yen ($138.6 million) loss for the year with "weak" sales in North America and Europe being blamed the most.

2) Namco is currently rumored to be working on HD remakes for Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World with both being PS3 exclusives.

3) Double Fine studio states they are currently in the process of trying to regain their IP ownership in regards to Costume Quest, Stacking, Brütal Legend, and Iron Brigad. The first two games are currently owned by Nordic Games while Brutal Legend is partially owned by EA and Iron Brigad is partially owned by Microsoft.
