Entertainment Weekly interviewed the cast a few weeks ago, Downey said that at first he wanted it to be "Iron Man's show", and they tried it that way but it didn't work. Story will give all the characters ample time to shine, and there will be a big focus on all these completely different personalities overcoming their differences with eachother. Thor, working with mortals he considers inferior to himself, Tony for once in his life not being the center of the universe, Cap struggling as a man out of his time, and Hawkeye and Widow having been military all these years, now having to adjust to being "superheroes" and getting along with a bunch of people who just walked into a position they spent their whole lives working to attain.
