Probably why they're doing the survey. Get a bunch of people who are subscribers and a bunch of non subscribers and see how many people want to upgrade to the Max, downgrade or see that $4.99 is the sweet spot for non subscribers to get on board.

Free tier is probably better than the 30 days free thing as I've heard people create new emails to get the trial for every PPV.
