I had to go with the Hitman, just due to how great he always was at applying the holds, selling for the big men, his ring work and his matches he had with pretty much anyone were always nothing less than 5 stars.

Piper has the edge when it comes to promos and storytelling though. Piper vs Hart at Wrestlemania 8 for the IC title is a true classic.
