And the smoke monster, its always been hinted its the CEREBUS SYSTEM in the latin writing on the blast door map. CEREBUS of course being guradian of hell (the underworld), French lady also called it a 'security system', and that it protects/is guarding something. And the Egyptian symbols that appeared on the countdown timer at the end of season two, they translate as 'The Underworld'.

Fuck I will not like this if they go down the Hell route.
