I think it was at least an attempt. Unlike last time, where you had the WWE Heavyweight Champion and "The World" Heavyweight Champion.

Like, they couldn't even think of a name. Or, when Ric Flair first showed up in WWF with his own belt and that gimmick of proclaiming himself as "The REAL World Champion" and photoshopped himself into pictures with Elizabeth.
