The batch called up in the Draft could have used more developmental time but it mainly just gutted the tv ready women from NXT's division. Bayley leaving shortly afterwards didn't help even if she really should have been called up a lot sooner.

The next batch wasn't ready for tv yet and it showed very early on which is why the transition to them wasn't as smooth like with previous groups. Kay, Royce, and others have been improving since then but its also been a lot slower as well.
