Agreed with you on that Brock point, Johnny.

As far as heel victories go, I would have put Cesaro over Rob Van Dam too. At this point in time, RVD's default status should be to put over younger guys. He can't lose all the time or else it won't mean anything to beat him, granted, but Cesaro already holds victories over RVD and is a guy that arguably should be on the rise.
