70s music is the greatest thing ever
It really, really is. I have just started getting real interested in it lately and it is fucking awesome.
Also, I am watching this 1970s music video show on VH1 Classic and every song rules. |

The 70's brought you a tonne of great rockin music from bands like Black Sabbath, The Who, Kiss, The Rolling Stones (even though I feel their better shit was in the 60's), Led Zepplin, Sex Pistols, etc..
Unfortunately for me when I think of the 70's I think of Disco. The good with the bad I guess. Edit: Anyone who dislikes Elton John, should listen to all the great shit he created in the 70's. He's definitely hard to look at, but the fucker along with Bernie Taupin were pretty creative. |

I think late 60's - pre disco 70s would be a better period. That way you can encompass the Beatles at their peak and Hendrix.

Well the 70's had some awesome stuff, but AAA, do you think this show you watched was going to give you a sample of shit music as well? Of course not. Good for you to get into some rockin' music from the way back.

Of course there was tons of crap in the 70s too. There is tons of crap everywhere. I mean like the sound of music in the 70s was great. It is just like weird and I don't know. I love it.
