Brand New 'The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows'
It's taken me an eternity to find this fuckin' song. Like 3 years. I knew none of the words, just remembered it was fuckin' awesome and that it was on NHL 2003. And now I finally found it. And man, it's still as frickin' sweet. I was just wondering if anybody has any of their other stuff/is it worth getting etc?

I was talking to my friend the other day and I came to the conclusion that I think I'm the only person in the history of forever that likes YFW over Deja.

That's because Blink 182 is your favorite band. YFW is more pop punk.

I kinda like Your Favorite Weapon better because I played out Deja Entendu, but also cause I loved YFW first.

YFW is like one of my fav all-time albums. Deja is amazing too, but I'm bias towards pop-punk.

Yeah they played like 4 or 5 new songs (only one of them off the leaked demos - track 6, but it was a little different live). They played everything off Deja Entedu (except Good To Know That if I Ever Need To Get Attention All I Have To Do Is Die), Seventy Times Seven, Soco Amaretto Lime, The No Seatbelt Song and The Shower Scene. They played 2 encores ending with Play Crack The Sky. Jesse also had 2 segments where he basically went crazy on guitar for like 5 or 6 minutes. It was incredible. They were really energenic and the lights and all that crap were really cool and added a lot.
Really excited for the new album; I like the direction they're going in, the new songs all sounded awesome. |
