Rush
Any Rush fans here? I love me some Rush. My fav's are probably 2112, Natural Science, Anthem, & Something for Nothing. You really can't go wrong with anything Rush though. I know I"m not the only one. Anyone?

They rank number five in my five favourite bands of all time.
Awesome band. My favourite album is probably 'Grace Under Pressure'. Favourite song is probably 'The Enemy Within', which has IMO the greatest bass line ever!!! |

Tom Sawyer is not really one of their better songs, just one they overplay to hell on the radio.

I assumed that. Still, I don't like their songs. Just never did for me.

To each their own. They're kind of an acquired taste for some. My bro used to hate them, but the more I started listening to them, he loves them now. But its' cool, it's probably not for everybody.

Seeing as my dad's a huge fan and I've been listening to them since my car ride home from birth (19 years) I can safely say I'm a pretty big fan, sitting here with every studio album, all DVD's, old VHS's, original vinyls, 10 concert tickets (nothing compared to my dad's), and over 300 bootlegged concerts.
My fave songs would have to be The Pass, Faithless, Animate, The Trees, Subdivisions, For What It's Worth (Buffalo Springfield cover), Natural Science, La Villa Strangiato, and Between The Wheels. |

I love RUSH, but I went and saw them live a few years ago and they played 90% new shit. TERRIBLE SHOW. Talk about sinking my hopes and dreams of a real RUSH show.

Finally got 2112 last week. Man, it reeks of Led Zeppelin. Not necessarily a bad thing. But when I listen to it that is the thing that pops up in my head. I think i prefer Moving Pictures.

there's 1400 albums on that mini harddrive that i take with me. we have 3300 all up. there's bound to be some misspellings. plus, i didn't tag all of them since my flatmates and my respective collections are pretty much all pooled now into one big one, and i admit to snagging my rush from them up until about 2004. |
