But you still maintain that Roethlisberger is better than Manning?

Yes. Ben was able to use the great players around him to win games and championships. Manning has done this once, and hasn't figured out that it works enough to keep doing it. Manning is the better passer, there's no arguement about that, but he's not the better Quarterback. Playmakers break records, Game Managers win championships.

Basically, my argument boils down to the fact that if I had to choose one of them to blowout a poor team, I'd take Manning. If I had to pick one to make a critical pass on 4th and long, I'd take Manning. If I had to pick one of them to start as my QB in the Super Bowl, I'd take Manning. Every success the Colts have, be it a good thing or a bad thing, is because of Peyton Manning. The same cannot be said about Roethlisberger. Those Steelers Super Bowl teams probably would have won with any top 5-8 QB.

So do you think Ben Roethlisberger is the best QB in the NFL right now, Hallowell?

It's not like Silva puts on stellar performances everytime. GSP has been pretty dominant, he hasn't lost a round in like 5 fights. He's beaten beaten Penn and Hughes twice, cleaned out his division, and if he can beat Silva he can retire as the greatest of all time at that point.

This is the reason Pittsburgh fans are the most retarded wastes of semen on the planet. No fucking knowledge of sports AT ALL. Just a pile of dumbshit douchebags waving their faggoty towels in the air like a bunch of pathetic failed abortions.

The only person on that list that I would for sure put on my list is John Elway. Joe Montana was a bit over-rated; if he made my list he certainly wouldn't be number one. Terry Bradshaw probably wouldn't even be in my Top 25. Don't know how you could put Staubach and Bart Starr on there and not even mention Johnny Unitas. I would probably put one of them on it though. Might as well put Y.A. Tittle on there while you're at it.

You could make a case for Ray Lewis being the greatest linebacker of all time. I probably wouldn't say that though. Tony Gonzalez is the greatest tight end of all time most likely.

Tony Romo isn't garbage. In fact few quaterbacks have a better statistical start to there careers. He'd third on the all time QB ratings list. I think people comtempt for the Cowboys is what makes them say 'Romo sucks'.

He's been in the league for 3 fulls seasons FFS. Not everyone gets to play for Bill Belicheck or Cowar in their first season. He's only played in two post seasons. I used to hate on Romo too, but after watching him last season, you can't say that he is garbage. He's a top 10 QB easily.

I'm using a little hyperbole to express how overrated he is. He's nowhere near this conversation, that's my point.
