A PG promo. If WWE was like this all the time it'd be amazing. |

The Raw General Manager
Cole?
Washington? Triple H? The Rock? HBK? Goldberg? Regal? Who is the General Manager and also, who do you feel was the best GM in the past 10 years. I'd have to say it's either Coach, Bischoff, or Regal. Coincidently, all of these guys were heels. |

Chris Benoit.
That's why he's using e-mail. He doesn't want to reveal that he's still alive. |

Regal was always one of my personal favourites as an authority figure. Also, it is no coincidence that all the best authority figures are heels. In life everyone wants to get one over their evil boss, so a wrestler getting the better of a heel boss appeals to everyone, most obviously seen during the Austin v Mcmahon saga.
Although actually when I was younger I did quite enjoy Foley, but that was more for his backstage antics with Edge & Christian. |

The way they've built it up it has to be somebody fairly important. But it will probably end up being Hornswoggle.

Yeah, I've been following the Rock for a while lately and he really was coming back at Summerslam but that storyline fell through so it's probably him now.
I'd think that they would use Triple H for a different program vs Sheamus so they won't waste this on him. |

HHH makes complete sense in a way. It did with the Nexus anyway. Like be a new dX etc. I dunno. Maybe it's HBK, fuck it's probably Vince. It could be Stephanie, it could be Paul fucking Bearer.

I had a dream last night about The Rock coming back to Raw. He appeared in the ring wearing black sweat pants and a loose black sweat shirt. He wore a black tank underneath. He looked noticeably smaller and appeared shorter than he used to be. Also he had a 2 inch afro. He began his normal way of talking and did a promo but the crowd was not having it. He was getting heat from the crowd and for the first time The Rock was stumbling and couldn't do much. I felt bad to see him like that.

Just watched a documentary on backyard wrestling. Called The Back Yard. Listening to "The Lizard" talk for half the movie is what made it amazing. He is 2 fries short of a happy meal for sure.
Check it out on Netflix Instant Play. |

- Reviews are starting to come out for WWE's new Legendary movie starring John Cena and things aren't looking good. Currently on the Rotten Tomatoes website, the movie has a 17% rating with 4 "Fresh" reviews and 19 "Rotten" reviews. Below are some quotes on the movie from top critics:
* Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun Times: "It's a feel-good Kleenex™ dispenser of a movie, and there's nothing necessarily wrong with that, but it's routine Hallmark Hall of Afterschool Special material." * Michael Phillips, Chicago Tribune: "Legendary is so intent on paying heartfelt tribute to dogged young athletes that it neglects basic story needs." * Adam Markovitz, Entertainment Weekly: "A well-meaning dud that'll put you out faster than a sleeper hold." * Roger Moore, Orlando Sentinel: "The script, by actor turned writer John Posey, has structural problems and motivational issues in between the cliches. And Cena, a few movies into his career, is still all presence and no acting." * Rex Reed, New York Observer: "Talk about movies that cannot possibly live up to their titles." |
