The records you're posting are all those teams records AFTER losing to Denver. Denver played the Bengals in week 2, how could they be 1-1?

You are right, but the fact remains that the Broncos haven't beaten a good team. If they beat the Pats and go deep in the playoffs then I will gladly go get baptized in Tim Tebow's cum.

I'd argue the Jets and Chargers could qualify as good, as well as half the Bears (the half that matters, really) and the Raiders (terrible one week, good the next), but your point is fair enough. I think Denver matches up decently well against New England, so long as they can somewhat cover Gronkowski. If he has a good game it could get one sided

Chargers are as good as the Eagles are (re:not really). They have talent but no heart and an idiot coach.

Rather have Bailey on Welker. I think Woodyard has the speed and physicality to cover Gronk, just please not DJ. Goodman should cover whoever is the least likely to do anything when they get open and catch it. If Goodman is allowed to get burned by anyone with ability after the catch, it could get ugly (see: Goodman on Harvin) |

Implying that color is purple
Also, lol at the counter-clutch Flacco being an option |

flacco has 2 4th quarter comebacks this year..Id like to see Tebow pull a 4th quarter comeback off in Pittsburgh (and hey, I guess the Broncos could end up playing the Steelers in the playoffs, but not in Pittsburgh..)

well, one of the cool things about 4th quarter comebacks is they're not necessary when you're already winning in the 4th quarter...

lol, why do you constantly insist that Flacco is the gold standard? As if his stats and "accomplishments" are what every QB should aspire to achieve? 2 4th quarter comebacks? Tebow has 5 this season and 6 total in his 11 games, including one down by 15 with no timeouts and less than 5 minutes left. Comeback against Pittsburgh? Nope, haven't played them, but the Bears D is just as good and he came back from down 10 with no timeouts with less than 3 minutes
You think Flacco can pull either of those off with the Broncos offense? Or does he Flacco it up and throw a pick? |

Palmer and Bush did great against a defense that's been "carrying Tebow"
Palmer had 332yds and 3 TDs Bush had 96yds for 5.1ypc Yeah, don't think Campbell and DMC were missed too much |

This has probably been the weakest year for running backs in recent memory. Other than Adrian Peterson, who else, there really aren't any franchise running backs anymore.

I bet this whole revolving door running back thing is a fad. In the next five years an unbelievable running back will come out and change the league, then every team in the will try to use a guy in the same way that guy is used. Then they will talk about "The Return of the Running Back League" on Sportscenter and the Sportscenter Recap Show.

lol @ Stuart Scott and Trent Dilfer in studio instead of at the MNF stadium for the 2nd week in a row. Blatantly obvious that ESPN was just trying to save some money because nobody watched the last 2 weeks anyway. Probably also explains the blimp image gaffes from last week.

You called Jamal Lewis a fluke but said he belonged, but TD didn't because of injury...that's not a sufficient explanation at all.

Chris Johnson is looking like a pretty big fluke as well. He's not even going to get 1200 yards this year which is what he had his rookie year. If they hadn't paid him that huge contract Id bet he'd be out of the NFL in 2 years..

Theres only 1 coach left of a team that John Harbaugh has beaten in the playoffs now that both Sparano and Haley were fired today (to go along with Jeff Fisher) Dont think BB is gonna be fired anytime soon though... Sparano and Haley both lost their first playoff appearance. Here's looking at Gary Kubiak and the Texans for this year..hmm.

Love fucking around with the playoff machine. Tried to come up with the most asinine playoffs imaginable and came up with the Eagles winning the East at 8-8, the Cardinals and Seahawks getting the 5th and 6th seeds respectively, and Tebow getting the number 1 seed.
