Luck himself seems like a pretty good egg so it's hard to really hate him.

Its not so much him, but everyone in the Media/Fans. Like Its not his fault I cant spend 5 minutes without hearing his name.
I kind of hope he bombs to be honest, to shut the Merrill Hodges of the world up. |

Fuck competition. I'll be hoping that the Saints get upset in the first round by either the Falcons or the Lions so we have the easier road.
If that somehow happens and we win then we get to walk into the frozen tundra of doom to face the Pack. |

Sure would be sweet to see the Giants, Falcons, or Lions beat the Pack on the road though.

Phoned it in a long time ago. Going to be pissed if Colts win and Rams lose next week. They'd better just throw this game honestly. There is no point in winning at all. We won 2 in a row already, didn't go winless, now give it a rest and just draft Luck. Keep both QBs the next 1-2 years and try to get Peyton a 2nd ring. Then build for the next era. Luck could be a franchise QB for the next 15 years if he's got what it takes.
Wayne possibly gone soon. Media (and him) were talking about how last week's game might have been his last at Lucas Oil. Figure Jeff Saturday will be gone when Manning leaves. Dallas Clark getting up there. Gonna be losing some veterans, so the window for a super bowl is closing and then it's gonna be rebuilding for the next few years while they get a team built for Luck. |

The only problem is that it's going to be very difficult to throw that particular game in secrecy. Jacksonville is a very winnable matchup for the Colts and it's going to be blatantly obvious if they just stop playing.

Should have just started resting starters a week ago after they got the first win. Play it, don't go winless, boom.. rest starters as there is clearly no point in risking them for next season.

Season has felt nonexistent. It's one thing to lose when your whole team is out there trying. But without Peyton, it hardly even felt like a football season. Once it was clear he was gone for the season, I just stopped caring as I was 100% certain they wouldn't make the playoffs. Watched every week.. did my fantasy team, and just started waiting for next season.

Draft Luck now and start looking for young studs at offensive line while improving your D is what the Colts should be doing.

I could see the Rams drafting Luck if they get the #1 spot should Bradford have problems with his recovery or it ends up revealing he's too injury prone. The Rams took the risk when the drafted him considering he was already hurt and missed out on the entire 2009 OU season.
Money-wise, Luck might be a lot cheaper to invest considering the new CBA lowered the rookie wage scale for draft picks. You don't really need a good QB to win a Superbowl, just someone that isn't similar to Rex Grossman. Trent Dilfer (and Brad Johnson) has been used as the case against this for years although you do need an excellent defense if the QB isn't "elite." |

Tbh the Bucs won cause Gruden had the Raiders playbook..
But good running game, good d, and an efficient qb has worked for SF this year.. |

The Rams can't draft Luck. Come on. With all the problems with that team, they just drafted a QB 2 years ago who had a good rookie season and came 1 game from leafing them to the playoffs. There's no way they don't trade that pick away if they get it.

Glad to see JPP and Eli made it in. Cruz definitely deserves a spot over Greg Jennings, but he got fucked over by the nomination ballot being due so early in the season.

Tebow is two dropouts away from being a Pro Bowler. Suck on that, world. Good chance this happens since Rapistberger and Brady are the top 2. Ben is bound to be crippled by then and Brady never goes does he? Also, how is Rivers over Dalton?

Romo completed 5.1% more of his passes than Eli and threw 3 more TDs and 7 fewer interceptions. None of this says Eli over Romo. |
