11,000 Posts Q&A Session
So after posting here for over 9 years, I've reached the 11,000 post milestone. Maybe 10,000 is a better milestone, but I didn't post anything for that one, so I thought I'd do something this time around.
Feel free to ask me questions about anything c-fed related in this thread. Or other stuff if you'd like. It's an open forum. |

Considering you're one of the very few people who's been part of the game on and off since almost the very beginning, what's the biggest change you've seen in the C-Fed, and what if anything would you like to see brought back?

Of all the active characters on today's roster, who are your top and bottom 5, and why?

What other "old school" or "retired veterans" of c-fedding would you like to see come back, and what you think they would have to do to adjust to the way c-fedding is done today.

Congrats on 11k. What keeps you coming back for more? Which picture base would work best for MVP besides Jericho?

I'd like to try bringing back an interactive show like Vote or Die. Imagine giving everyone the chance to vote on who Dementia should choose out of Seymour, SuperMax or Jeff Clark. |

Ted O'Donnell - Teddy-O was able to change his gimmick from Inno to the Debt Collector with ease and stay atop the Overness Rankings. Brings out the best in whoever he's feuding with because you have to step up your game to compete with him. I can speak from experience since he and Parsons are career archrivals. Seymour - Always very entertaining to read Seymour's promos, and not just because he has a great cast of supporting characters. It's hard to picture a guy who plays D&D, embraces the geek culture and always in a shitstorm of personal problems, as a legit main eventer, but I can believe it with Seymour. He'll be in the World Title scene soon barring anymore terminated pregnancies. Danny Electric - Danny is another character who made the transition from being a heel to a babyface with relative ease all while retaining some of the characteristics he had during his heel run. I like that Danny is an instigator on the roster and while still portraying a believable babyface. Danny does a good job making his opponent look good. It definitely helped that Danny's mixed reactions were worked into his promos during his feud with MVP. Raymond Rose - I don't know if I can name anybody that figured out the game faster. Raymond started from the bottom and moved into the upper midcard quickly because he was able to hold his own against the vets without any trouble. He and Parsons put on an excellent feud for ForuMania V and I don't think their story is over. James Steele - There was a point when I thought Jimmy Steele was one and done. Probably when he jobbed to Kidd Jamison. Most people probably would have quit at that point, but Steele's comeback was no fluke. Always a good mix of comedic and serious promos. Bottom 5 in no order Kidd Jamison - Not as much of a problem lately, but for a while the pictures were a mix of thumbnails and broken links. Promos tend to be hard to read because of this and you have to sort through things he's repeated in every promo about his dad to find what he has to say about his current feud. El Kabong - I didn't understand his gimmick at first. Maybe because I have a hard time seeing El Kabong as Jeff Jarrett. I think he has a good opportunity to do good things with the Global Conquistadors, so we'll see what happens. While we're at it... Bryan Orion - He's been around long enough that he can be grouped with everyone else here, but there haven't been enough promos posted. There are a ton of Zack Ryder pictures out there to use that I think would benefit the character quite a bit. Wes Lang - Had a good showing in the first Starmaker, but still struggles sometimes to post consistent quality promos. It's good that the promos in the sumo suit have stopped because those made less sense each time they were posted. I think he can get better if he makes a good effort in his current feud with Rodney. Doctor Fly - The rhyming is good. I don't think I could write those myself. It's hard to picture Doctor Fly as anything more than a novelty character, but I think that's his exact purpose anyway. |

I wouldn't mind if TRO or McLegend came back full-time because their promos have almost always been entertaining to read. Both of them would have to use characters with enough of a picture base to post a few promos between shows and not quit after a month. They would also have to post promos where all of the pictures are from the same set instead of random pictures like we all did back in the day.

I used to participate in the weekly Caption Contests in the Wrestling Forum. The TPWW Hardcore Championship thread got more interesting when posters starting adding pictures and captions to it. I started doing it around then and the rest is history.

If I were to ever change the picture base for MVP it would probably be The Miz, since I can still retain his Media Whore gimmick with all of Miz's public appearances. |

Do you think current wrestling storylines could sustain the rivalry that Ted and MVP have?
If you can give one person one piece of advise right now, who would it be for and what would it be? |

I had a hard time thinking of a word of advice for one person in particular, so I came up with something for everyone, including myself. Once you find a gimmick or characteristic that works for your character, run with it. I'm not saying you have to beat a dead horse, but sometimes it's easy to write promos that ignore your character's best qualities. Before Dancing With The Stars, I was stuck on how to write better MVP promos because he was getting stale just being the grizzled veteran, but I found something that works and I know it's helped. |

Easy.
![]() World Heavyweight Champion Michael Vincent Parsons defends against his former-friend-turned-bitter-enemy and the man he helped to screw out of the title, Danny Electric in an EPIC confrontation. |
