March Rankings - Pre-Beach Party Massacre
20 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYDementia returns to the top 20. Clearly, she's the object of more people's affection than Seymour. And Max. And Clark. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 19 VVVVV VVVVVRodney Oculus probably should have seen this slide coming. Perhaps he's too busy envisioning what he might make Wes Lang do for three weeks. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18 ^^ ^^Dr. Chris Johnson, M.D.'s prescription for Beach Party Massacre success? Take two shiny gold belts out of arenas every week until otherwise advised. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYLangston English reclaims his Anarchy Title as well as a spot in the rankings. Imagine how high he'll climb if he can knock off Avenger and Thunder in the same match? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16 VVVVVV VVVVVVAvenger takes a big tumble after losing his gold, but the Anarchist isn't going to sit idly by while someone else holds the Anarchy Title! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 15 VV VVBizarro and Masked Smallbeing are probably thrilled to see Supermax's popularity failing to engage leading into the Massacre. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 14 VVVVVVV VVVVVVVRampage free-falls down the countdown this month after the return of Lou P. Daight has turned him from a calculating monster into a raving lunatic once more. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 13 ^^^ ^^^Jeff Clark grinds up three spots this month, and... uh... not really sure if I can make a grind/Dementia pun without throwing up in my mouth a little. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 12 ^^^^^^ ^^^^^^Whatever this guy's name is, he climbs up six spots. We can't really say anything more out of fear of litigation. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 11 VV VVRazorthirst Doomhammer slides two spots. ...or does he? Yes. Yes, he does. ...for now! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 ^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^Bobby Beamer cracks the top ten once more, and a win over... whatever that guy's name is gets him three steps closer to the ten he needs for a shot at the World Title. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 9 VV VVThunder slides two spots, but looks like the favorite going into the Threeway Dance for the Anarchy Title. Say... that "A" on his singlet looks a little like the "A" in the anarchy symbol. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 8 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYLou P. Daight returns to the top twenty after returning for revenge on Rampage, setting up his biggest grudge match since Mania. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 7 ^^^^^ ^^^^^On the eve of the biggest match of his life, Trisgmegistus Smith jumps five spots up the countdown. Will he be happy with a #1 ranking if he can dethrone MVP at the Massaacre? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 6 VVV VVVJames Steele slides three spots in the rankings, but has a chance to settle some major scores with Danny Electric and Ted O'Donnell and get himself back in the championship hunt. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 5 V VRaymond Rose slides down a spot and, now that his spot in the Best Of Three-Way Match has been awarded to the Debt Collector, further slides appear imminent. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 4 ------------------------------------------------------------------^ ^Seymour climbs back up one spot, Demy and Lou back in the top 20, life is pretty good for Seymour. Oh, except for those two guys trying to sleep with his girlfriend... 3 V VDanny Electric slides a spot to #3. He's got a big Best-of-Three match at Beach Party Massacre. Everything's coming up 3 for the Vegas native. I thought "3" was Triz' gimmick! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 2 ^^^^^^ ^^^^^^World Heavyweight Champion Michael Vincent Parsons skyrockets up the rankings on the verge of his first title defense. With the House on his side now, can anything stop the former CFK? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 - -Ted O'Donnell once again holds on to the top spot. Seriously, guys, I'm running out of clever debt puns for the guy. Last edited by NoJabbaNoBogRoll; 03-28-2012 at 11:29 AM. |

20 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYOrrin T. Quoyle had a good month. He put his substantial resources behind Lou P. Daight, his chosen champion in the Elimination Chamber, and has seemingly sent Sonny into a panic, not to mention pissing off Seymour. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 19 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYSonny threw his weight around this month, booking Rampage in a handicap match, dangling Rodney Oculus' spot in the House, and putting Raymond Rose in Tyler Frost's way. Now that Orrin T. Quoyle has an investment of his own inside the Chamber, will more issues be brewing inside the House? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18 VVVVVVVVVVVVV VVVVVVVVVVVVVAfter a long period away from MAW, Raymond Rose plummets down the rankings. Now he's back and Sonny's only line of defense keeping Tyler Frost out of the Chamber. A big win will certainly please the boss, but will it get RayRo back into title contention? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYTerminator returns to the Overness list, and promptly sticks his foot in his mouth. Can he put this Dubbisag nonsense* behind him, defeat Langston English, and become Anarchy Champion? Body Count could be a very big night for Terminator. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16 VVVVVVV VVVVVVVThunder is finally getting what he wants - a best-of-seven series against Avenger that kicks off at Body Count. But has his obsession with the Anarchist resulted in him being pushed farther away from the top of the card? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 15 V VRampage drops a spot, and could drop out of the company entirely if he loses his Tag Team Title opportunity against Serious Safety. Yes, his title match. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 14 VVVVVVV VVVVVVVTrismegistus Smith came up short in his bid to win the World Title at the Beach Party Massacre, and as a result he takes the second-biggest tumble of the month. Triz is the dark horse inside the Elimination Chamber, but has shown he has all the necessary skills. Can he finally put them all together at Body Count and realize his destiny? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 13 ^^ ^^Supermax continues his gradual climb back up the rankings, and winning the #30 spot in the Frenzy should put him into the top ten. Yes, I didn't feel like trying to write this entry Max-style. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 12 VVVVVV VVVVVVJames Steele may have missed out on a chance to qualify for the Elimination Chamber, but a Gauntlet Title win over Phineas Dinsdale puts him ten wins away from the World Title anyway. He may have slid six spots this time around, but you should always bet on Steele. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 11 ^^^^^^ ^^^^^^Langston English faces off against Terminator at Body Count, but it's not just Anarchy gold he's defending. He's also standing up for the glory of Dubbisag. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYTyler Frost is living the dream. He's working for MAW, he's got a big pay-per-view match against Raymond Rose, and a win puts him inside the Elimination Chamber with a chance to win the World Title. PLUS, he's got a sweet dog! Yay! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 9 ^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^On the back of a new look and a new relationship (?) with Ted O'Donnell, Dementia skyrockets up the rankings, jumping eleven spots to crack the top ten. Everyone assumes she'll play a part in Ted's Chamber match (particularly considering one of his opponents is the ex-boyfriend who kicked her in the face at the Massacre), but what will that part be? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 8 ^^^^ ^^^^Now that he's reclaimed his name, Phineas Dinsdale looks to claim another win under Gauntlet rules as he faces James Steele at Body Count. With all the attention on the Elimination Chamber, PhinDin may be able to slip in the back door as a World Title contender. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 7 VVVV VVVVAfter a brief stint in prison, Danny Electric slides four spots, but maybe it puts him in a unique position inside the Elimination Ch-- Wait, what? Prison?!? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 6 ^^^^ ^^^^All but five MAW stars would kill to have "Badmouth" Bobby Beamer's spot this month. Now, he faces seven men with a shot at #30 in the Frenzy at stake. The winner of the Frenzy main-events Mania, and makes a killing at the bank. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 5 ^^^^^^ ^^^^^^Razorthirst "David" Doomhammer bounds up the rankings on the heels (no pun intended) of his ongoing issues with the PAIN Patrol. Has the former Evil Seymour realized that the key to success is to be... good? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 4 ------------------------------------------------------------------VV VVAfter dropping the World Title in controversial fashion at the Beach Party Massacre, MVP drops two spots on the list. He's got a chance to reclaim the gold inside the Chamber, and a win over this level of competition could be just what Parsons needs to reach the #1 spot in the rankings. 3 ^^^^^ ^^^^^One has to go all the way back to the days of GCW to find a time when Lou P. Daight was this red-hot. He looked dominant on Melee, and his size has to make him one of the favorites inside the Chamber. With Orrin T. Quoyle's backing, can anything stop LPD? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 2 ^^ ^^Seymour has never been closer to losing the "never" part of his "Greatest to never hold a World Title" status. Will his new attitude lead to new success inside the Elimination Chamber? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 - -The Debt Collector has five of the top stars in MAW all gunning for the World Championship, and the entire roster after his #1 ranking, but month after month, Ted O'Donnell stands tall. Can someone change the conversation at Body Count? * The writer of the Overness Rankings would like to emphasize that the controversy over Dubbisag was referred to as nonsense, not Dubbisag himself. Please don't hurt me. |

Pre-Frenzy Rankings
25 24NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYSlater makes his triumphant return to the Rankings, and he's treating us all to ice cream! At least, I think that's what he said. ------------------------------------------------------------------ NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYThe legendary Methuselah Wilson debuts in the Overness Rankings this month. He's hoping to be #1 next month as a tribute after his untimely demise. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 23 VVVVV VVVVVRaymond Rose continues his freefall down the Rankings. Raymond could not be reached for comment. Which is probably a big chunk of the problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 22 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYRocky Brenham debuts in the Rankings just before the biggest match of his career. Could the newcomer get his first taste of gold in the Frenzy? But, perhaps more importantly, how did he land such a hot wife? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 21 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYRodney Oculus returns to the Rankings thanks to the expanded format. I guess his return was unaVOIDable. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 20 VVVVVVVVVVVVV VVVVVVVVVVVVVDanny Electric plummets down the rankings as his legal troubles continue... probably. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 19 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYAfter adding the #1 contender to the World Title to the PAIN Patrol, Colin Powers' stock is on the rise, but at a very methodical, slow, safe pace. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18 VVVVVVVV VVVVVVVVTyler Frost's second appearance on the Overness Rankings doesn't go nearly as well as his first. But a good showing in the Frenzy could send the Eskimo Warrior rocketing back up the list. Yay! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYHard to believe that Double Talk has never cracked the Overness Rankings. Overness Rankings. Like, ever. Like, ever. But... here he is. He is. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16 VVV VVVSupermax takes a little tumble this month. So, his progress seems to have been retarded. I mean that in the literal sense. Look it up, kids. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 15 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYDr. Chris Johnson returns to the Rankings this month on the heels of a huge month for the PAIN Patrol. Perhaps he'd be ranked higher, except... did he really let Dinsdale perform surgery? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 14 ^^^^^ ^^^^^Sonny climbs up the Rankings this month, despite remaining relatively quiet. Perhaps the MAW Galaxy has enough Frenzy Fever to give the boss a boost. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 13 NEW ENTRY NEW ENTRYYes, Job Conquest is back in the Rankings. For serious. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 12 V VLangston English slips a notch in the Rankings this month, but a good showing in a Melee battle royal showed that his style is a good mesh with the style of the Frenzy. Could Dubbisag's Favorite Demon pull off the biggest upset in Frenzy history? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 11 ^^^ ^^^Trismegistus Smith climbs three spots this month. I mean, this entry really writes itself. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 10 ^^ ^^Gauntlet Champion James Steele goes into the Frenzy with about as much momentum as anyone. He's sitting on a title shot if he can keep winning, but the King of Heels can expedite the process with a big pay-per-view win. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 9 ^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^Anarchy Champion Terminator has the biggest target on his back in the Frenzy, as whoever eliminates him will win the title. But if anybody knows how to avoid an army gunning for him, it's him. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 8 ^ ^Dementia made her presence felt again inside the Chamber, and continues to be the ultimate wild card in the ongoing saga of Seymour and Ted O'Donnell, as well as MVP and LPD, and... aw, hell, she's just all over the place. And are we surprised? ------------------------------------------------------------------ 7 ------------------------------------------------------------------VV VVRazorthirst Doomhammer slides two spots in the Rankings this month after his feud with former ally Job Conquest cost him some important battles. With the former DoomQuest members in the Frenzy match, one can only bet that he'll be out for revenge. ...or will he? 6 - -Bobby Beamer is the only wrestler in MAW to hold his ground in the Rankings this month. After a huge tag-team main event victory on Melee, Badmouth has to be considered one of the favorites to eliminate aaaaaawwwwl his opponents in the Frenzy. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 5 ------------------------------------------------------------------V VMVP picks up a huge victory, putting Ted O'Donnell one trip over the top rope from a forced retirement. Almost any other month, that would be enough to propel Parsons up the Rankings. Unfortunately, there are some huge stories swirling around MAW, and MVP slides as a result. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 4 VVV VVVTed O'Donnell dropped the World Title inside the Chamber, then lost a huge match to MVP to lose his spot in the House. If Ted fails to win the Frenzy, he's out of MAW. But nobody in the history of this business is better with his back against the wall than the Debt Collector. 3 ^^^^^ ^^^^^Phineas Dinsdale (or Finoa Dinsu or whatever the hell is name is, I don't even care anymore) is the #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Title, and if his plan comes together, he won't even need to beat the champion in the ring to "earn" the gold. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 2 ^ ^Lou P. Daight further cemented his legacy as the best big man in the history of the sport by virtue of winning the World Heavyweight Title at Body Count. But Phineas and Fix have their sights set on Lou's body, and Lou is being oddly evasive... ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 ^ ^Yes, boys and girls, it finally happened. Seymour is the #1 wrestler in all of MAW. I just... I'm just completely speechless. It actually is happening. You, uh, like him, apparently. I guess nice guys really don't finish first. Way to set an example, fans. Way to set an example. |

I didn't include Phineas Dinsdale for some reason, and I also included Jeff Clark and Thunder, who apparently don't exist anymore. So... uh... vote accordingly, I guess. |
