Also, I think DB will be much more successful as a face when he turns because he will be more comfortable on the mic and with his character. I am so happy than Daniel Bryan has been able to get over by simply having awesome matches and organic character development. His heel turn was probably the smoothest character progression I've seen.

They do seem to have that likeness that Batista and Mason Ryan share, only Gunn looks a little older and I think he's a little bigger than Dolph.

I dunno - not to be "THAT GUY" but you guys insisting he is "NOT FULL HEEL" are crazy.

Punk certainly turned heel. HE attacked the single most popular wrestler in the WWE. The Rock can show up at any point and have 20 thousand people chanting a new catchphrase he just rolled out. Anyone on the opposite side of the Rock is going to get the heel treatment.

So not only did he drop that attack, he did so after teasing shady tactics against Cena. The Announcers constantly put over that he should "HELP CENA" and not take advantage, which he slowly did. They have also teased him for the last few weeks being bother by not being the man nd being overshadowed by Cena/Lesnar/Rock

He then cheap shots the biggest face in the company (and slowly and methodically hits him with his finisher.) Then he slowly and dickishly leaves the ring without looking at the fans, with a mean scowl on his face, while the announcers say he turned his back on the WWE Universe.

That is a fucking Heel Turn Template.

Also at the idea that they are "wasting all the build they have done in making him a face for the last 8 months as champ". Meh, Thats garbage.

He goes from the number 2 or 3 face, to the top heel. That is certainly not wasting a build.

Now we have a Heel Punk as champ coming up on one of the longest reigns as champion of all time.

Yet fan boys still find a way to bitch about Punk not being used right.

We might just see Punk/Rock at Summerslam. If not at the Royal Rumble. Punk is going to be in the limelight like never before.

When someone turns at the end of a show people are left with a lot of questions like "Why?" Kinda of like when HBK Super-Kicked Hogan.

Next week Punk can play off the incident saying he's sick of rock stealing the spot light from the wrestlers in the back. That's not FULL ON HEEL. If he says he is sick of the rock and the people the people in this arena that's FULL ON HEEL. Unprovoked attacks also help deepen the Heel turn.

Most importantly if we see him with a longer beard next week then rest assured he will definetly be going...Full on heel
