I was checking out WWEShop and I noted that they're selling the Battleground DVD for $9.99.
I think that could be a mistake as the other PPV DVD on sale is the Night of Champions DVD, which is priced at $14.99. So if you want Battleground for a cheap price, then you should buy it now in case it turns out that it was a mistake on WWEShop's part and it gets amended to $14.99. |

Has this been posted about yet? It looks like the Carter family is looking to sell TNA.

But they didn't get to hang out with Mr. Backlund. So, they lose.

I'd post this in the WWE 2K14 thread, but I want to avoid spoilers, anyway today I asked eight different GAME shops between where I live and Edinburgh, if they had any copies of the collectors edition of WWE 2K14 for pre-order, as I never got around to pre-ordering it this year like I always do, and all of them are sold out. Even their website is sold out.
The only two ways I'm going to be able to get my hands on the collectors edition is if I wait until after release day to see if someone hasn't collected their copy of the game, or if I buy it from some guy on Ebay who's selling the collectors edition for £94, even though GAME are selling it for £60. I feeling I'm going to miss out on it this year. |

If I get insanely desperate, I'll just have to give in and go to Ebay and give some money-grabbing twat in Cornwall £93 for it.

£93 for a video game? One of the wrestling ones at that? Haven't they been dreadful for years? I got the last one for like £6 out of boredom and it was absolutely woeful.

I buy the WWE games every year and if there is a special edition version, I get that instead of just the game on it's own.
I will say though that the last few WWE games have been pretty bad. I think for me, the last good/decent WWE game from the main series was SvR07. After that, they were pretty much carbon copies with no real change other than the roster, and even that didn't have many changes. Though I have been hearing good things about 2K14, such as the roster being great and all that. Though when it comes to the last good WWE game that I actually enjoyed playing, it would be WWE All Stars. |

Sorry about that, guess 100x100 was a bit too large.
This one is a bit smaller and should work |

Next on "Gertner gives away a wrestling DVD", I have a copy of "Breaking Kayfabe: Marty Jannetty" from Kayfabe Commentaries. Jannetty talks about his life and how drugs/alcohol has destroyed his career. If anybody wants it lemme know and I'll ship it out.

nothing says fine dining like having wrestlers endorse your restaurant
they should have also proof read it as they have Wilbur Snyder and Verne Gagne mixed up |

I'm going to say that the two superstars that will be on Punk and Bryan's team will be either The Miz, Christian or Mark Henry. It'll be two of those three.
As for the other superstar on The Wyatts' team. I'll say it'll be either Ryback, Kane or a total shot in the dark here but, Barrett. |

The way Miz was squashed last night, it doesn't look like they've got plans to put him in a major story like that. Though more random things have happened. As for the Wyatt's team, I'd say Kane seems like the logical choice after last night.
Hasn't even been a match announced and I'm already looking forward to this PPV way more than I have any of the last three. |
