the Titans GM tweeted almost the exact same statement on seeing Peyton Manning as John Elway did
I think he may be forcing them to join a cult |

Pretty stupid how any time there is a new statement from any of the teams interested in Manning, they're suddenly at the top of the list. NFL.com has that stupid stockwatch image with various team images on it, and every single time a new statement is made.. even if it's just saying that they watched him throw, or that there was a meeting, suddenly that team is highest on the stockwatch.
That said, hope he goes to the 49ers. |

While I understand why Peyton Manning would go to San Francisco, he would go on my temporary shitlist until his retirement.

Oh. You wacky Cowboys fans and your hatred of the red and gold. Let's call a collective truce at least until BOTH teams are relevant again.

Y'all fucked up and were relevant last year. I will be a miserable and bitter piece of shit until either Jerry Jones pulls his head out of his ass or dies. I think I know which one will happen first. At least we can all agree that the Steelers are pieces of shit, right?

Bills were stupid for doing it mid-season since Fitz lost all real interest to play.
At least for the Cards, the bigger problem was Kolb's guaranteed bonus more than his yearly salary. They were willing to toss Kolb had Manning made his decision earlier but the due date for the bonus got too close for them to risk out loosing both Manning and Kolb. The longer Manning stalls, the more it hurts Flynn who was supposed to be the #1 free agent QB until the Colts dropped Manning. |

I hate to think how much Flacco will get if Alex Smith can get $8 million.

I dont see the Ravens trying to replace Flacco with a 36 year old one hit away from being retired QB with a sub .500 playoff record.

Pats slowly beefing up their WR core especially adding him along with Anthony Golzalez from the Colts. Probably means Dieon Branch is gone and maybe Ocho.
Still need to address the defense more than the offense and the issue of Welker still not signed yet. |

Or you know... A four time MVP.
But I suppose nobody really takes Droford seriously as a human being anyway. Every day he doesn't say something stupid, I kill a kitten. So far the collective pussy of the area has been relatively safe. |

Theres no way in hell that the Peyton Manning that signs with some team soon is of any close resemblence to the 4 time MVP Peyton Manning.

Ben Roethlisberger breaks his entire skeleton like twice a week and he's still better than Joe Flacco.

Droford, I do think Flacco is a talented individual but don't you think the Ravens' success has a lot more to do with the defense and running game than the vaunted QB and the lethal laseresque passing attack?

People always talk up the Ravens D and running game over the last 12 years just so they can avoid giving Trent Dilfer the respect he deserves as a Super Bowl winning quarterback and icon of the game.

I almost used 'God,' but thought that might be better reserved for the likes of Doug Flutie.
