Epona is a celtic goddess of horses, The deku tree is similair to a life giving tree in celtic myth, Zeldas clothing looks alot like the clothes the "Princess of Summer" was depicted wearing although sometimes it's changed to green. Zoras are in Scottish mythology but they are called Finfolk and even have the underwater palace but the ones in myth tend to kill fishermen. There are alot of other things but you know where I'm going with this. The characters could be Scottish or Irish or something. There are Roman things in Zelda games as well but the Celtic stuff stands out more to me. |

I agree totally with KK's idea of an RoTK movie. Personally, I'd love one that focuses on the 3 Brothers, Lu Bu/Diao Chan/Dong Zhuo, and Cao Cao.
Even more though, I'd absolutely love a movie based off the Suikoden video game (and the second one too.) Unfortunately, it'd probably have to be done LotR style and done in 2 or 3, 3 hours movies, to be done properly. Since very few people know the game, it'd never work. I just think there's a lot of stuff, in both games, that would translate great to a movie. |

Zelda also has many persian influences, as well as Indian. And probably DOZENS of others. So remind me again...Why would he be Scottish? |

I think they've put in so many influences from so many cultures, you could probably see it fit whatever culture you prefer, almost. It's just the forests, lakes, mountains and fields as well as certain peices of music, the green tunic and all the mythological similarities that I have and haven't mentioned have made me think Link would be Scottish or Irish. Being the Zelda fanboy I am and having an interest in myths and legends, I've always wanted to see where each influence comes from but I've never gotten around to it. |

Superman is Dead: The Reign of the Supermen
-Film versions of Superboy, the Cyborg, Steel and the Eradicator fighting for control of Metropolis and recognition as THE superman, the destruction of the entire state of California (HAHAHAHA!!!) and the return of Superman would make this an incredible movie. Siddhartha -A filmic translation of Hermann Hesse's masterwork. Walt Disney's "Nightmare" -An old-school, hand-drawn animated feature film starring all of Disney's famous characters (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Donald Duck) in a murder mystery similiar to "SCREAM," where all of the characters are brutally and gruesomely murdered, except for Mickey, who is left to solve the case and catch the killer. Snakes on a Plane -They should make a movie about these terrorists putting these huge snakes on an airplane, and because it's an airplane, there's no way to get out, and the snakes are evil and venomous and lots of people get bitten and eaten and die, and a quick-talking black dude saves the day at the end. That would be sooooooo keeewwl. |

The Destroyer: Now, there have already been two Hllywood adaptations of the franchise, in the movie "Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins" and a TV series also named for the main character. However, with like, a thousand novels, it's worth seeing the Franchise live on film again.

There are many games out there with superior stories to 90% of the films being made today....so i could pick some of them. Only problem is when they convert them to film they end up sucking, which is rather annoying.
I would love to see a Deus Ex film though, if they styled it correctly and didn't aim it a retards. And a decent Star wars film that was set way back when, that would be nice....in fact what is going on with the TV series that is always mentioned?...i'm gonna investigate. |

Twisted Metal!
If that was made into a movie, it would probably have a good guy vs. bad guy storyline to it. If I made it that way, I'd have guys like Sweet Tooth, Darkside, Mr. Grimm, Hammerhead, Crimson Fury, and Yellow Jacket be bad, and Spectre, Warthog, Outlaw, Minion, Pit Viper, and Thumper be good. And have Thumper win in the end. And his ultimate wish: Get rid of Axel, place himself in the machine, get Twister, the race car driver girl, and lock her in the SIXTY NINE POSITION ON THE SAME WHEEL and they'll be stuck there forever. Burger Time should definitly be a movie. |

No way would a Metal Gear movie be any good. A miniseries, maybe, but only around 3 hours to explain the story on film? No way.

There's alot of X-Men stuff that would make good movies, or atleast a basis for a special series.
And I'd rather see a Civil War trilogy than an Avengers movie any day. |

I'd rather see an Annihilation movie than a Civil War movie. The story would make for a better film I think. Civil War would need some changes before I would put it on a screen.

I just recentilly read the first volume of the marvel runaways series and while not the best comic i have read (it was entertaining though) the whole thing just screams movie to me.
The premise is that 6 kids find out that they parents are all supervillians part of a organisation called the pride. They go into hiding while trying to figure out how to put thier parents away for good. The first arc is perfect for a two hour movie. First 45 minutes can be introducing the main players and how they found out about thier parents. The middle movie can be a fight scene with the parents plus some more character development and the final scene can be the long withdrawn showdown with thier parents. And the story contains some perfect visuals to attract the kiddies. One kid is a witch, one is a multi coloured alien and another character own a dinosaur as a pet. The kiddie brigade will eat this up in droves |
