Carson Palmer doubtful, source says By Adam Schefter ESPN The expectation within the Oakland Raiders organization that quarterback Carson Palmer would start Sunday against Kansas City has shifted to where two people familiar with the situation now believe it is unlikely that will happen. No final decision has been made. "I'm 95 percent sure he is not going to play," one source close to the situation said Friday afternoon. "Practicing Wednesday and Thursday, he felt he's not ready to make those high-velocity throws yet. Maybe they could decide something at the last minute, but I don't think he's going to play." When Oakland acquired Palmer this week, certain Raiders coaches expected their new quarterback would start Sunday, though head coach Hue Jackson has maintained Palmer will be a game-time decision. Raiders offensive coordinator Al Saunders even told a Kansas City radio station that if Palmer "is breathing, he's playing." But as the week has gone on, and Palmer has shared reps with both Kyle Boller and Terrelle Pryor, it has become obvious that it would not be a simple transition from injured Jason Campbell to Palmer. Aside from the physical concerns with Palmer, who before this week had not practiced this season while holding out from the Cincinnati Bengals, there are mental ones as well. If the Raiders resisted the urge to start Palmer on Sunday, they then would have two weeks to prep him before their next game at home against the Broncos. Oakland's bye weekend is next weekend. Adam Schefter is ESPN's NFL Insider. |

Glad I took the Chiefs on a teaser for +9.5, probably straight up beat the Raiders if Super Boller is playing.

Darrell Revis hung up on Mike Francesa today on WFAN. Some Jets PR guy told him to because Mike called him out saying he should have been flagged during that 100 yard intercept return and Revis got pissed.

And it was after Francesa opened the show by saying that Revis was the only Jet left that liked him.

I dont necessarily have a gambling problem.
I also took the Colts +20.5 vs the Saints. No way are the Saints winning by 3 TDs. Full 10 team teaser : Chargers +5.5, Texans +9.5, Broncos +6.5, Lions +2.5, Chiefs +9.5, Steelers +2.5, Colts +20.5, Packers -4.5, Cowboys -7.5, Ravens -3.5 |

yeah i love when they do that on streams.
Like the Japanese version, just weird commercials thrown to a guy who looks like Dat Nguyen with a bunch of Japanese characters filling up the entire screen. I think those are the stats. |

No shit Tim can't pass. Every drive goes Run/Run/Pass. Can be pretty difficult to put up good numbers when you're allowed to throw once per drive and only on 3rd and long when everyone's expecting it
