Which I guess would do enough damage to get the job done...or cause a DQ.

Assuming that the average WWE doesn't watch TNA (and why the hell should they), they wouldn't have seen Nash since 2003. There's a lot of turn around in 8 years, so it makes sense.

from 1988 in the Continental Championship Wrestling territory
one of the most controversial angles from 1988 with The Dirty White Boy Tony Anthony and his valet and real life wife Kim aka Lady Mystic as well as Tom Prichard this nearly got them thrown off tv as it dealt with abuse which was a big no no in wrestling storylines during the kayfabe era |

Shane P. Millroy is facing the possibility of his fourth domestic violence conviction after allegedly assaulting his estranged wife over WWE tickets. The 30-year-old Washington C.H. man was arraigned in Fayette County Common Pleas Court this week and pleaded "not guilty" to the third-degree felony domestic violence count. He's currently being held in the Fayette County Jail on a $10,000 bond and his trial is set for Oct. 13. Millroy was indicted for a felony because he has three prior domestic violence convictions in Washington C.H. Municipal Court. His most recent indictment stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 4 between Millroy and his estranged wife. That night, Millroy's wife called the Washington C.H. Police Department after she was allegedly assaulted by Millroy. The victim told police that Millroy came to her home without permission through an unlocked front door as she was putting dinner away in the kitchen. "The victim advised that he came into the kitchen and began acting frantic about tickets to a WWE event," reports said. Millroy and his wife then became involved in an argument, which escalated into an altercation. Millroy allegedly shoved the woman's head into the refrigerator and wall, then shoved the kitchen table, which caused a chair to fall and hit a 2-year-old child in the back of the head. According to reports, he then began punching his wife in the face, knocking her to the ground. He also kneed the victim in the chest several times and continued striking her in the face and head, police said. Once Millroy learned that police had been called, he began punching himself in the face, according to reports. "The defendant was highly intoxicated when officers were at the residence," police said. "During the investigation, the defendant appeared to be the primary aggressor in this incident." Millroy was taken to Fayette County Memorial Hospital to be treated for self-inflicted injuries to his nose, police said. He left the emergency room without being treated and was later located and arrested on a domestic violence warrant. The victim was taken to the hospital by another family member. |

From PWInsider: A new documentary, "Pro Wrestler" has been released. A first film from director Kenny Johnson, the film focuses on the lives of a number of stars working the Northeast independent circuit. I had a chance to watch the film last night and was extremely impressed with it. The official synopsis of the film: "Follow Kenny Johnson, during his directorial debut, as he embeds himself in the world of independent professional wrestling. Along the way he tells the stories of 5 unique performers at very different points in their careers and lives. First, is Greg Excellent's journey from wrestling in his backyard to owning and promoting his own company Ground Breaking Wrestling. Second, shows the Real Adam Cole at home and bad guy he portrays in the ring. Third, is Ryan McBride working the main event in Maryland and coming to a crossroad in his professional wrestling life and his life outside the ring. And finally is JT Roberts and CORE juggling the responsibilities of marriage and children, while questioning how much longer they have left in the world of indy wrestling. Yes, professional wrestling is fake and pre-determined. But its very real to the individuals that dedicate their time and sacrifice their bodies for the thrill of the spotlight." |
