they've had to battle off a couple small runs from the Celts. I dunno, im much more content with them holding onto a lead than having a huge one, it keeps them in check and on their toes.

Celtics had another poor 2nd half quarter they've done a bunch of times this season/playoffs while Kobe got really hot in the 3rd Quarter.
Pierce and Ray Allen both with 5 fouls did hurt a bit since neither could be as "physical" on defense or else be gone from the game also benefited the Lakers in Game 1. |

Danny Ferry is out as Cleveland Cavs GM. Assistant GM Chris Grant will take over.

If LeBron is out, Cleveland is going back to the stoneage. Probably much farther than that.

There is always at least a day in between games. Yes, though it is usually this spread out.

NBA once had a 1st Round series (pre-Wade Heat vs maybe the Bucks) that lasted 2 1/2 weeks due to the weird tv schedule. |

It gives the owner an excuse to say that the decisions were made with help by Lebron when for the past couple of years everyone knew changes were needed. |

Lebron James is the prototypical negroid. All of his facial features exaggerate this. He honestly looks like those stone age drawings.

Tom Thibodeau (Boston assistant coach) accepts Bulls coaching job and turned down Hornets job offer but won't officially take the job until after the Finals are over. Hornets were too stubborn and wanted him to accept the job before the Finals while Bulls were willing to wait till after the Finals for his decision.
I'm a bit upset since he seemed liked the best choice to replace Doc Rivers had he decided to not come back next season or the following season. |

Why would Gasol and Phil Jackson say the shit they did about KG? I have no idea why they would do this, not only because it's poor sportsmanship but it just seems like the last thing you would want to do.
He's one of the most intense dudes ever, and if he's playing sluggishly you should probably try to keep it that way rather than light a fire under his ass. I dunno. |
