What happened to showcasing??

I just read on the front page that the WWE considers the Undertaker as "retired" and that he wouldn't compete until the next 'Mania.

So what the fuck happened to showcasing a superstar? Give the Undertaker a program that gets him involved in a multi-man situation. A tag match at the least. That way whoever he partners with can do the brunt of the work, tag in the Deadman, he hits his spots, people go nuts, storyline sold.

I thought this was a business about making money. The Undertaker is money. You can't teach getting people to cheer you when you come out.

So what happened to showcasing a superstar in entertainment (wrestling)

On a side note. For any and all people that read these "dirtsheets" and are "involved" with the business, in my opinion, Christian is money. I was fully prepared to watch Smackdown with Christian as the World Champion, but since they took the strap off, I will continue to not watch the show.
