Rollins is still going 1st tomorrow. I took that whole ending with Steph hugging Seth and shit to be her wanting to make sure the guy she wants to draft first has the belt.

Guess that's how they decided to create the "need" for a world champion on both brands...Seth probably will represent (pending outcome of Shield triple threat) RAW as WWE Champion, while Ambrose is drafted to SD! and awarded the World Heavyweight Championship.

Could have done a heelish promo tommorrow about picking Rollins based on his potential of becoming the new champ than the wonky finish done tonight. |

1. Steph drafts Rollins to RAW.
2. Steph awards Rollins a belt and announces him as the new (RAW) Champion. 3. Hunter returns and costs Rollins the title (and possibly wins it). 4. Rollins versus Hunter at Mania for the (RAW) Championship. |

I thought that was a great ending to the match and figured it would be something like that. Opens up them bringing in another World Title. I don't like 2 titles but they've set it up for that.
Not real sure about this brand split though. Feel like they are going to split The Club and New Day. Feel like Reigns will end up on Raw with Rollins which I also think is a bad idea. Reigns should be away from any other Sheild member or else I don't see him ever succeeding like the WWE wants. I'll wait and see how the Draft goes but I don't think I'll like the results. |

I get the reasoning behind having the Cruiserweight division on Raw for the extra hour but I feel like the Women would be a better pick to be exclusive. Now it doesn't make any sense for SD to draft any cruiserweight talent.
Raws every 3rd pick should have to be someone under the 205 weight limit. I guess they are going to have like a cruiserweight hour on Raw every week. |

Nitro 8-9 was the crusierweight hour. They probably have it on Raw also to make Triple H important and helping Steph. He is behind the Cruiserweight Classic at Full Sail.

Why the fuck do they have General Managers and Commissioners? So fucking convoluted.

So technically, Mick Foley got demoted, right? 'Cause he was the Commissioner at one point of time.

I like the idea of RAW having cruiserweights in order to bolster their roster. I imagine Kota Ibushi and Gran Metalik are killing it on RAW every week before too long. It doesn't really make sense to have Kalisto and Adrian Neville anywhere else but on RAW now. I wonder if Tyler Breeze is going to be featured in that division too? It makes sense to call up Austin Aries to RAW now too. I imagine that Sami Zayn will be drafted to SmackDown and given the "underdog" push. He's technically a cruiserweight, but he's kept away from that division because Daniel Bryan sees the same qualities in him as he had.
I'm imagining Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown now too. If Kota Ibushi gets a run on RAW, I can see them wanting to keep their Japanese guys on separate shows. It seems vain, but I can see them thinking that way. I'm not sure if Nakamura is going to be called up in the draft however. |

Seems like Seth Rollins is going to be heading up RAW while Dean Ambrose takes SmackDown. Triple H isn't eligible, because I could have seen him being drafted to SmackDown as a twist.

I hope RAW picks Becky Lynch early as a Mick Foley shoot. I imagine Stephanie McMahon would want a strong women's roster too. Charlotte and Becky seem like the two that they would agree on.

Because Shane is not actually in power at all in WWE. He is under a talent deal. This writes Shane off as Daniel Bryan will be his proxy. Shane can show up from time to time to feud with Steph but he probably will not be on as much. Also it can give Steph time to be off TV to focus on production, behind the scenes stuff and family stuff.

Honestly, after seeing that ending...then seeing the continuation online, I think it was done as a ploy to set up Reigns winning at Battleground. Ugh.

At minimum I think Shane will be off TV most of the time. His return was only meant to be temporary as he still has a real business outside of wrestling to worry about.
I'm less optimistic about Steph not continuing to be a focal part of television and emasculating half the roster. I bet she'll fire Foley within a matter of months. |
