That's a legit tough question. I can tell you it wouldn't have been Roman Reigns if I made the choice.
I would have to say either Brock Lesnar or Seth Rollins. On one hand, Lesnar ended the streak (biggest moment of the year imo) and won the championship and still has it (in fairness he doesn't defend it much) and completely buried Super Cena in a PPV main event; On those things alone I could argue it should be Lesnar. However, on the other hand, we have Seth Rollins. Went from probably the least important shield member to the 2nd most focused on star in the company behind Cena in no time. He was part of the hotness of that was The Shield, was the focal point of their demise, became a part of the Authority alongside HHH, won MitB, and has pretty much been in the center of 90% of the main events this year. I may not personally see what is so great about him, but I can't argue against all that he has done/gotten this year as compares to where he was last year. If I had to choose, I'd go with Rollins. |

It shouldn’t be Daniel Bryan since He hasn’t wrestled since Extreme Rules.
It shouldn’t be Roman since He hasn’t wrestled since the summer. It shouldn’t be CM Punk since He hasn’t wrestled since January. It shouldn’t be Billy Gunn since He hasn’t wrestled since Wrestlemania. Orton was boring most of the year. John Cena is a huge forced douche-nozzle. Ambrose is a contender but recently he’s been losing all of his big matches. Bray started off good but his losses to Cena and then his feud with Jericho brought him way down. Brock is having a great year but only shows up 10% of the time. Rusev could be quite the superstar of the year but I would have to say that Seth Rollins edges him out….Not sure if anyone had a better year than Seth. |

Big Vic has pretty much nailed it. There really hasn't been any consistent contenders to "Superstar of the Year" this year. Closest we have is probably Seth Rollins, and if not then Dean Ambrose. Certainly not Roman Reigns. Off the top of my head I genuinely can't think of any big "moments" that he's been a part of this year.

He got hit by Seth Rollins with a chair... that was pretty big.

Brock Lesnar. Beat Cena for the belt and ended the greatest streak in wrestling.

Bryan although Rollins has been more consistent throughout the year. Lesnar should have but the WWE killed off a lot of his momentum because of their stinginess to use him.
Even though Bryan was only around for a few months, I'd argue he made the biggest impact of the year with crowds openly rebelling against the WWE because of how much they adored him and his Mania ride. |

I know he hasn't been around hardly at all, but in terms of sheer badassedness and great matches and moments, I'd give it to Brock, with Seth a close 2nd.

I would say Seth Rollins, followed by Rusev.
Rusev has been dominant, but not as big of a player. |

Probably Ambrose or Rollins. Shield was arguably the second hottest act to start the year, the breakup created what may be feud of the year thus far in Ambrose and Rollins and they had great matches at Hell in the Cell and Summer Slam.

Probably Big Bad Bud Bison. He's a guy I made on WWE 2k14. He didn't lose a match in universe mode and he had all the belts at one time. UNDEFEATED bitches! He also had feud of the year with Capt. Surprise and beat him in a submission match. I haven't played since August though. I got bored with it.

Seth Rollins would probably be my pick. In a year that had nobody really stand out with big wins, apart from Brock, but his lack of appearances goes against him in my eyes, Seth was the one guy consistently in the Spotlight.

Rollins for sure.
As others have stated, he is nearly featured every single show/ppv. Not only that, but he is pretty good at getting people to hate him, always a + This was his breakout year, I feel. Hopefully he will continue to evolve his character and be a top heel like the WWE desperately needs right now. |

From a "kayfabe" standpoint, Rollins easily should have won. However, it was fan voting, which I believe was legit.
However, I really think Daniel Bryan would have won the voting if not for the video package they showed for Reigns that spotlighted the Royal Rumble dominance. For me the video was like "Ohhhhh yeahhh...... this guy was awesome and impressive/impactful..." and I'm sure it reminded a lot of other people too about his dominance. Throw in all the female votes he probably got, and you have yourself a superstar of the year. |

Really want to say Brock because he had big moments, but that's all he had. Seth Rollins is my pick.

Bork is the only one to get heat on Cena and not immediately cower to him in the end. Rollins, after his great year, still gets talked to like a child throwing a tantrum.
