I dunno, I think when teams have to fly across the country and get in really early in the morning, the second game of a back of a back has to be tough.

lol Utah. There's 3 mins left in the game and the Jazz have only scored 2 points, and that was with 4:32 left in the game.

The Sam Bowie draft was a big WTF since Rockets had taken Hakeem Olajuwon as the #1 pick and he was seen as the best center possible worth in the Top 10 draft so there was no need for Portland to go for a center with him gone. |

McGrady on pace to start in NBA All-Star Game
NEW YORK — Kobe Bryant is the leading vote-getter for the NBA All-Star game and Tracy McGrady is on track to start beside him in the Western Conference backcourt despite not playing yet this season. Bryant had more than 692,000 votes in the first set of returns announced Thursday, about 20,000 more than East leader Dwyane Wade. Also on track to start for the West are NBA leading scorer Carmelo Anthony and Dirk Nowitzki at forwards, and Amare Stoudemire at center. McGrady is nearing a return from microfracture knee surgery, but leads Steve Nash by more than 9,000 votes for the West's second guard spot. McGrady likely is benefiting from his popularity in China as Yao Ming's longtime teammate in Houston. LeBron James and Kevin Garnett lead at the East forward position, Dwight Howard has a huge advantage over Shaquille O'Neal, and his Orlando teammate Vince Carter is second among guards. The All-Star game is Feb. 14 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Starters will be announced Jan. 21 and reserves will be chosen a week later. God damn it. I bet AI starts too. |

This is why NBA needs to place limits on who can be voted in the online vote, like a certain minimum of games or start the voting much later.

The Kings are playing the Wizards at home on the 16th and its their first nationally televised game in over 2 years (it'll be on ESPN)...they didn't want to have a bunch of empty seats so..DOLLAR BEER NIGHT at ARCO.
/Thinks it should be Dollar Beer Night every night the Wizards play, wherever. I dont think you could be sober and enjoy the Wizards.. |

The Pacers are so fucking stupid. JUST FUCKING LOSE THE GAMES SO WE CAN GET JOHN WALL YOU DUMB CUNTS
Fucking horrible. Going 32 -50 is worse then going 2-80. We do this stupid shit every year. Get teased with a possible 8th seed in the playoffs, miss it and get stuck with a 10th- 15th pick who's usually some piece of cow shit player like Tyler Hansboro ( no offense, he played great last night but still ). JUST LOSE THE FUCKING GAMES. We need a point guard. We need John Wall. |

I was at the Nets game last night (for free) and it was great to see a big victory for us. Sure it was against the goddamned Nets, but I'm still happy with a win. Hibbert's three was insaneee.
Pumped we beat the Wizards again, too. It was too close for comfort. I can't believe we blew a 17 point lead. Also, I just won good tickets to the game on the 16th versus the Bobcats. This will be my fifth free game this year, which I'm pretty jazzed about. |

Ive never been to a basketball game, even as much as a high school game. The Wiz, Sixers and Nets being the closest teams to me don't give me much inspiration to go see a game any time soon.

There is a weird since of happiness I get going to see the home team. It's electric when we get a good win and you've got good seats.

BTW, TJ Ford is the worst fucking point guard i've ever seen in my life. I'd rather have Jamaal Tinsley running point and dealing dope and doing drive bys on the side then watch TJ ( 9 points 2 assists per game ) Ford, run this team into the ground. Can we please just lose enough games to have a shot at John Wall.. Please lord. Please. Seriously, probably a crazy thought, but imagine the cap space we'll have next year and the year after and imagine drafting John Wall and luring Lebron to Indiana to play with Wall, Granger and Hansboro and Hibbert. It can happen, but we need to start losing every game. Danny needs to go fuck up his heel again. We need to sit Tyler Hans cause he's playing to hard and to good right now. And we need more TJ Ford. Like 48 minutes of TJ Ford. |

I love Indiana and all, but I seriously fucking hate TJ Ford. Especially when I'm there to watch him. He turns over the ball all the goddamn time and can't make any shots.
The next time I see him turn over the ball trying some crazy dribbling, I'm going to scream. So, listen for me tonight. |
