Thought this would be an interesting thread

NHL - I myself as a Habs fan hate the Leafs, my god it frustrates me to no end how they get so blindly supported after all the shit they put their fans through.

NBA - Utah Jazz - I remember watching years ago, Chicago playing them in the playoffs and winning. Last NBA game I ever watched.

NFL - New Orleans Saints - I only recently started being a casual football fan and Requeim got me rooting for the Colts, so I was a bit disappointed after the Superbowl. Not hate, but more dislike.

MLB - Yankees - Sorry peeps on here who are fans, but I cant stand the team at all. When and if I do watch the once in a blue moon baseball game, its the Red Sox vs Yankees.

As a boy growing up and being a passionate Newport RFC season ticket holder I hated Cardiff with a passion. And the fact they always beat us by like 2 points every time. Add that it was our biggest derby game every season, I really fucking hated them. This is back in the good old days of professional club rugby in Wales. Rivalries are almost non existent these days with the regions

Never really properly hated another team in sports though. I guess I really dislike the Miami Dolphins.

I dislike the Yankees and Rays because they are rivals of the Red Sox.
I dislike the Colts and Jets because they are rivals of the Patriots.
I dislike the LA Lakers because they are rivals of the Celtics.

I dislike the Cowboys as a franchise, mostly because of Jerry Jones and Tony Romo. I just can't stand the Cowboys. Dunno.
I dislike the Miami Heat because, well, I hope they never win a damn thing. Let's just leave it at that for now.

So most of my hated sports teams are directly related to my hometown teams. I don't hate teams or cities just for winning championships, since I'm from a city that gets that all the time.

MLB: Pretty much every team in the NL East except the Nationals, who I'm starting to hate more and more each time the Mets play them. Hatred for the other teams tends to depend on the previous year. This year I hate the Phillies the most but that could change next year. Also hate the Yankees as does every non-Yankee fan.

NFL: Fucking hate the Cowboys and Eagles. Don't think I could pick. Put a gun to my head and I'd PROBABLY say the Cowboys because of Jerry Jones, but it's 1-A and 1-B. Redskins are annoying but a distant third for now. Fuck the Patriots, too.

Don't really follow NBA and NHL enough to hate any teams. When I was younger and all into Ewing's Knicks I despised the Bulls but now I really don't give a shit.
