Idea for Wrestlemania 32 in Texas
WWE is going to try and get 100,000 in that stadium so they are going to need a big draw. I think this angle would work.
HHH starts playing up that he was the best of his era. Have Taker appear at Raw challenging HHH to a match at Wrestlemania with the caveat being this is his final match. HHH also states this his final match. Next week the Rock appears stating his claim, and also agreeing to take part while stating this is his final match. Finally, Stone Cold comes out stating fuck that, he's the best and wants in, with this being hisfinal match. So at Wrestlemania you have a four corners match to determine once in for all who was the best of the Attitude Era, with the stipulation being all four will be having their retirement match. You could do a whole bunch of segements and hype stuff leading up to it. It'd be incredibly intriguing, because who the hell would you pick to win? Lots of unpredictability. |

Then a Hogan run in and impromptu match with the winner so Hogan can say he sold out 100,000 fans at the Cowdude Statium brother

No desire to see 4 dudes waaaaaaaaaaay past their prime, who fought eachother a gazillion times already, square off yet again.

Not gonna lie saw Gertner started this thread an expected some kind of elaborate lynching joke or something about Mexicans.
A big name retirement match could be a draw though. |

I don't see why it would have to be Triple H and Rocks' last matches, they appear like they can go for a while longer in spurts. Another thing is, you can't have Austin lose in his return, but you also can't have Undertaker lose at Wrestlemania again, especially if it's his last match, so there's really no good way to book that match I don't think. Also everyone already knows Austin is the best wrestler of the Attitude Era.

The only feasible match I could see Undertaker having again is a rematch with Lesnar. I kind of hope that Lesnar stays and manhandles the WWE for another year so they could build up to that, although if he loses to Reigns I guess that would be sufficient enough of an ending to the story of Lesnar's 'year of domination'.

I can see Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Brock Lesnar being a huge draw for WrestleMania 32.

I wouldn't mind seeing Rock vs Taker and HHH vs Austin with all 4 promising retirement, and the added attraction being that neither match has happened at WM. A 4 way would be too much though..

Excellent idea and I would love to see it.....you could even have a Legends panel with the likes of Hogan, Flair, HBK and random fourth to all debate and each take a member, a la The McMahon family at Wrestlemania 2000

So did Wrestlemania not sell out yet? Seems odd, when did tickets go on sale?

Not saying the match is going to be great, but you're gonna need something pretty spectacular to fill that stadium.

I would settle for an Austin HHH Rock triple threat. That's a match that never happened but really should have. It'd be a huge draw as Austin's return match, and of course he'd go over no problem. Doesn't even need to be a retirement match.
